Global Soccer Access (GSA) is part of a growing network of organizations dedicated to expanding opportunities worldwide. Founded in 2024 as The Victor Chu Foundation, our mission has always been to close the gap in sports equity. Inspired by the passion of our founder, Victor Chu—a dedicated young goalkeeper—GSA was established to ensure every child, regardless of socio-economic background, is granted the Access to essential soccer equipment and training. We are now focused on scaling our impact, delivering the transformative power of soccer to communities globally.
