Victor Chu is the 13-year-old visionary, dedicated athlete, and authentic spark behind Global Soccer Access (GSA).

As a talented goalkeeper and a high-achieving student in math and science, Victor gained a unique perspective at his top athletic boarding school. He understood that his deep passion for the game—and his opportunity to develop crucial life skills through sport—was denied to countless children worldwide simply due to a lack of equipment or resources.

This realization was the catalyst that birthed the foundation in 2024. Victor’s drive is simple: to Defend The Gap in sports equity.

Inspired by the demands of his position on the pitch, Victor built the foundation's ethos around the very skills required of a goalkeeper: sharp focus, resilience, and the courage to stand alone. The Global Keeper applies these principles to the mission, ensuring every child has the Access to a ball and the opportunity to develop transferable life skills like teamwork and leadership—skills that empower them both on and off the field.
